Barry Alan Douglas, 63 of Branson, Missouri and a former resident of Albany, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2009 at a Branson hospital. Barry, the son of Newell and Betty (Proctor) Douglas was born July 31, 1945 in Des Moines, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Tracy and Ernie Douglas. On August 30, 1991, Barry was united in marriage to Anna L. Wilson. She survives of the home in Branson. He is also survived by his daughters, Brenda (Mike) Ellis, Darlington; Kelly Hopkins, Albany; Julie (Mike) Owsley, Worth, MO; Brandy (Darwin) Gillispie, Stanberry; Amber (Tim) Davis, Albany; 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Barry worked in construction. He was a member of the Albany First Baptist Church.
