Betty Rhea Teel, 88, of Stanberry, Missouri and a former resident of Albany, passed away, Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Pineview Manor in Stanberry.

Betty was born July 1, 1929 in Gallatin, Missouri.  She was the daughter of Orlen Earl and Edna (Johnson) Teel.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Lloyd Teel.

Betty graduated from Albany High School and completed a year of correspondence college from Omaha Business School.  Betty worked as a clerk typist in Kansas City and later for Old American Insurance in Albany for two years.  She was a member of the Albany First Baptist Church.
