B.H. Sexton, 95 of Albany went to be with the Lord on December 2, 2009 at an Albany nursing home. B. H., the son of Benjamin Harrison and Mary Olive (Couch) Sexton was born March 31, 1914 in Coffey, Missouri. On January 27, 1934, B.H. married Berniece Jeffries and following her untimely death he later married Minnie Wood on September 16, 1973, she preceded him in death. B.H. was also preceded in death by his parents, sons Bob and Bill Sexton, brothers Chester, Harvey, Louis and Dick Sexton, sisters Leiva Baker and Geraldine Womack. For 32 years, B.H. worked for the Chevrolet Dealership in Albany, retiring in 1979. He was an active member of the Assembly of God Church in Albany. Survivors: Son, J.W. (Margaret) Sexton; Daughter, Verdean (Wilbur) Chapman; Daughters-in-law, Josephine and Mary Sexton; Sister, Doris Monk; Step-Sons, Eugene (Judy) Wood; Gary (Patty) Wood; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
