Billy Paul Hill, 58 of Albany passed away, Friday March 11, 2011 in Grove, Oklahoma. Bill, the son of Paul Nelson and Roslie (Stanton) Hill was born January 12, 1953 in Bethany, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul and brother, Sonny Hill. On December 31, 2001, he was united in marriage to Norma Higginbotham. Bill enjoyed sports, especially softball, hunting and the great outdoors. Survivors: Wife, Norma of the home; Mother, Roslie Hill, Bethany; Brother, Leslie (Marge) Hill, Kansas City, MO; Sister, Donna Marie (Jeff) Davis, Avon, OH; 4 nieces and 2 great-nephews.
