Carla, the daughter of Billy Ross and Gwendola (Daniel) Spiers was born October 5, 1951 in Kansas City, MO. On October 18, 1991, Carla was united in marriage to Kirby Coulter. He survives of the home in Coin, Iowa. She is also survived by her daughter, Angelique (Dennis Marks) Darling, Indianola, IA; son, Jason (Susan) Newman, Albany; grandchildren, Caleb (Alexis) Newman, Christian Newman, Taylor Darling, Colton Newman, Morgan Darling, Carlie Newman, Logan Darling, Conlan Newman, Gavin Darling, Coen Newman; 1 great-grandchild, Cale Newman; sister, Kim (Bill) Wilson, McFall; brother, Jim (Merry) Spiers, Grant City, MO; brothers-in-law, Ray (Pat) Coulter, Conception Jct., MO; Don (Mary) Coulter, Barnard, MO; sisters-in-law, Rita (Denny) Anderson, Maryville, MO; Marilyn Coulter, Conception Jct., MO. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Jim Coulter.
