Claudine graduated from Albany High School in 1959. She worked for 13 years at Albany Head Start, then 28 years as a dietary aide at Albany High School, retiring in 2007.
Claudine was a member of the Albany First Baptist Church. She introduced her children, granddaughters and great-granddaughters to her Christian faith, which was so very important to her. She attended church faithfully until her health failed.
Her grandchildren were "the apple of her eye". She adored them! She cherished every moment that she spent with them, (summer vacations, weekends and holidays). She was known as "Grandma Kay" or "Gummy". She is remembered by some for her cooking, recipes, others by the games and crafts she did with them, by the Sunday mornings in church, by her Faith, Love and big heart, these are her legacies to live on in the ones she held so dear.
