David M. Cottrill, 56, of Albany, Missouri, passed away July 15, 2018 at Northwest Medical Center in Albany.

David was born April 29, 1962 in St. Joseph, Missouri, the son of the late Charles D. and Glenna (Green) Cottrill.

He was united in marriage to Brenda Richardson September 26, 1982. She survives of the home.

He is also survived by his sons, Brad (Lindsay) Cottrill, Olathe, KS; Bryant Cottrill (Spenser Naylor), Albany; granddaughter, Blake Cottrill, Olathe, KS; brother, Chuck (Jill) Cottrill; sister, Melissa (Todd) Steele, all of Albany; grandmother, Mildred Green; uncle and aunt, Parman and Linda Green, all of Carrollton, MO; father and mother in-law, Larry and Sandra Richardson; brother and sister-in law, Kevin and Linda Richardson, all of Albany; numerous nieces and nephews.

David was a farmer in Gentry County.  He was a member of the Albany First Baptist Church, Gentry County Cattleman, state and local MFA board and served on numerous other boards.

Funeral Service: 11:00 AM Thursday, July 19 at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany with burial in the Grandview Cemetery, Albany.  There is no scheduled family visitation, however friends may call anytime after 8:00 AM on Thursday morning at the chapel.  Memorial contributions: Albany FFA in care of the Roberson-Polley Chapel, 403 N.
