Donald "Buster" West, 88, of Albany, Missouri, and a former resident of Mt. Moriah, passed away March 30, 2021 at Pine View Manor in Stanberry.

Donald was born March 12, 1933 in Estherville, Iowa.  He was the son of George and Hanna Anna (Zimmer) West.

On November 18, 1952, he was united in marriage to Margaret Lorraine Collins.  She preceded him in death December 4, 1976.

He was also preceded in death by his parents and his daughter in law Cathy West.

For several years, he worked in construction.  He was a member of the Blue Ridge Christian Church.

Survivors:  daughters, Cheryl (Donald) Neff, Jasonville, IN; Laura West, Albany; sons, Mitchell West, Albany; Ronald "Bug" West, Stanberry; Donald West Jr., Stanberry; Daniel West, Yale, IA; grandchildren, Dan (Angie) Neff, Matt (Leigh Anne) Neff, Ryan West and Nikki West; great grandchildren, Dawson Neff and Gwenivere West.

Private family graveside service and burial was held in the Lloyd Cemetery, Mt. Moriah, MO.  The family would like to request no flowers.  Donations may be made to a charity of choice and mailed to Roberson-Polley Chapel, 403 N. Hundley, Albany, MO  64402.
