Donald C. Lawrence, 72 of Albany, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2015. Donald, the son of James Floyd and Velma Pauline (Self) Lawrence was born August 20, 1942 in Meriden, Kansas. His parents preceded him in death. He was a sheet metal worker and was a member of the Local #2 Union before retiring. On August 29, 1998, Donald was united in marriage to Grace Edens. She survives of the home. He is also survived by his children, Dottie Wright Mitchell, Bolivar, MO; W. Erika "Billie" San Juan, Lee's Summit, MO; Mary-Jennifer Quinley, Albany, MO; Michelle Dittmer, Indianola, IA; Russell and Tim Lawrence; grandchildren, Madelyn Mitchell; Kase San Juan; Kohl San Juan; Karson San Juan; Bryson Quinley; Jaydon San Juan; Mason Mitchell; Reagan Quinley; Heather, Zachary and Christopher Lemon; brother, James Lawrence, Meriden, KS. Memorial Service: 2:00 PM Monday, August 3 at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at the chapel.
