Donald Eugene Lykins, 92, passed away Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Pine View Manor in Stanberry, Missouri.

He was born December 31, 1930 in Alanthus Grove (Jerk), Missouri, the son of Harve and Flossie (Nelson) Lykins.

Donald Married Phyllis Marie Miller.

Donald held various jobs. He was a mechanic at Lykins Implement International in Albany, but he mainly farmed. In his leisure time he was an avid hunter. He loved to listen to the sound of the hounds.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Harvene, son, Harve and one niece.

Survivors: children, Terry (Linda) Lykins, McFall, MO; Lois Green, Fairbury, NE; Phillip Lykins, McFall, MO; G. Mark Lykins, St. Joseph, MO; grandchildren, Shaunna Heyde, Michael and Jesse Lykins, Dusty, Casey and Cody Green, Mandi Hill, Derek and Montana Lykins; great grandchildren, one niece and one nephew.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 19 at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany. Burial in the Enyart Cemetery, Gentry, MO.
