Donna Ruth (Downing) Findley

1928-2026

Donna was born on August 10, 1928 to William “Shock” Leslie and Eula Fern Downing. Donna went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 6, 2026. She was a member of the Gentry Baptist Church.

Donna Married Bob Findley on December 20, 1950. They were blessed with six children. Robert, Charles, Pete, Betty, Diana and Peggy.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, 11 siblings, her husband Bob, daughter Betty, daughter-in-laws Connie Findley, Cora Findley, son-in-laws Ralph Stevens Brad Sherer.

Donna is survived by sons, Robert, Charles (Nancy) and Pete, daughters, Diana Stevens and Peggy (Noodle) Richardson, 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM Saturday, May 9 at the Roberson-Polley Chapel in Albany. Private family burial at a later date. Online Condolences: www.robersonpolleychapel.com
