Eddie Paul Lane, 64 of Albany passed away, Wednesday, May 11, 2011 after his battle with pancreatic cancer. Eddie, the son of Duane and Gertie (Davis) Lane, was born September 15, 1946 and served in the Vietnam War in the Marines. He worked on the Gentry County Bridge Crew before retiring. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kathleen. He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Knisley and son, Paul Lane both of Albany; son-in-law, Jack Knisley, Stanberry; daughter-in-law, Cari Lane, Albany; the mother of his children, Connie Chapman, Bethany; sister, Meredith Murphree, Temple, TX; six grandchildren, Skylar Lane, Tylar Clark, Bryson Roush, Corbin Roush, Kyleen Roush and Seth Lane.
