Eula Maxine Blanton, 81 of Albany passed away Sunday, March 15, 2009 at an Albany hospital. Maxine, the daughter of William J. and Bernice (Calhoun) Barnett was born August 26, 1927 in Winston, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers. On June 3, 1946, Maxine was united in marriage to William H. "Bud" Blanton. Maxine was a member of the Red Hat Society. She was a homemaker and had worked as a waitress for several years. "Bud" Blanton of Albany; Son, Buddy Blanton, Albany; Daughters, Kathy Hansen, Guthrie, KY; Sandra Adcock, Savannah, MO; Sister, Beverly Hill, Albany; Brother, David Barnett, Bethany; 3 Granddaughters, Darci Feiden, Dana Miller and Heather Cottrell; Great-Grandchildren, Madeline and Dalton Feiden.
