Frances Ann (Pugh) Hayes, 88, died March 2, 2024 at Nodaway Nursing Home in Maryville, Missouri. She was born November 6, 1936 in Pattonsburg, Missouri. She married C.W. Fish (Darlington, MO) and had nine children. She later married Carl Hayes (Albany, MO).

She spent many years as a military wife and lived in Jacksonville, Florida, Charleston, South Carolina, Norfolk, Virginia and San Diego, California.

She is survived by her children: Jerry Fish, St. Joseph, MO; Connie Brogan, Albany, MO; Charles Fish, Careon & Jim Thompson, Altamont, TN; Carl Fish, Trenton, MO; David Fish, Kirksville, MO; Dorothy & Vince Lewis, Easton, MO; Chuck Fish, Albany, MO; She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ermal and Dorothy Brown (Jamesport, MO) her son William (Bill) Fish (Albany, MO) spouses C.W. Fish and Carl Hayes, her siblings Robert Pugh, Marion Pugh, Christina Powers, and Carolyn Clevenger.
