Gary Dale Bounds, 60 of Albany, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at his home. Gary, the son of Claude and Flora Mae (Berry) Bounds was born October 5, 1954 in St. Joseph, Missouri. His parents preceded him in death. Gary was a farmer. Before retiring, Gary worked as a merchandiser for Pepsi. On June 17, 2000, he was united in marriage to Linda Steinman. He is survived by his beloved blended family, which includes his wife, Linda of the home, son, Daniel (Rebecca) Bounds, Lee's Summit, MO; daughter, Christine (Katie) Bounds, Kansas City, MO; step-son, Noah (Aaron) Mays, Albany; step-daughter, Traci (Mike) Clair, Albany; brothers, Jerry (Kathy) Bounds, Oak Creek, WI; Carl (Jean) Bounds, Chaffee, MO; Doyle (Karla) Bounds, Albany; Mark (Margaret) Bounds, Port Deposit, MD; grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Emily Bounds, Sedona and Zachary Mays and Ross Clair; nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Funeral Service: 2:00 PM Monday, February 2 at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany with burial in the Grandview Cemetery, Albany. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Sunday evening at the chapel, where friends may call anytime after 2:00 on Sunday.
