Glenna May Murray Lykins, 84 of Cameron, Missouri passed away on Friday, August 9, 2013. She was born on May 19, 1929 to Ralph Gordon and Helen Margaret (Speas) Murray. Glenna was a 1947 graduate of Albany RIII High School and was a member of the Dorsey Christian Church. In 1948, Glenna married Verl Weldon Lykins. He preceded her in death on December 11, 1989. She was also preceded in death by her parents, brother Alex Murray and grandson Sean MacGill. Survivors: her children, Candi (Ed) MacGill, Springfield; Linda (Jack) Teel, Cameron; Sue (Gary) Manion, Cameron; Marilyn Teel, Cameron; Missy (Les) Meek, Maysville; Randy (Shannon) Lykins, Cameron; sisters, Margaret Quinn, Chillicothe; Dawn (Rod) Quinn, Lake of the Ozarks; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Rosalie Mastin, Cameron; brother-in-law, Jerry (Zora)Lykins, Roswell, New Mexico; nieces and nephews. Glenna and Verl owned and operated Lykins Discount for many years. They also were engaged in farming. The family would like everyone to know Glenna lived for her family. They meant everything to her. Funeral Service: 11:00 AM Monday, August 12 at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany with burial in the Grandview Cemetery, Albany. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Sunday evening at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany where friends may call anytime after 2:00 PM Sunday.
