Glennie Blacksmith, 84, of Albany, Missouri, passed away May 27, 2019 at her home.  Glennie, the daughter of Thomas and Eva (Gall) Tonkin was born May 22, 1935 in Cornwall, England.  Her parents preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

On March 8, 1972, Glennie was united in marriage to Jack Blacksmith.

She worked as a housekeeper for motels before retiring.

Survivors: husband, Jack of the home; children, Tom Adair, Keystone Heights, FL; Jack Blacksmith Jr. and Bill Adair both of Albany; Janet Crow, Knoxville, IA; Tracey Sorter, New Hampton; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
