Grace Boulting, 91 of Albany and a former resident of Darlington passed away Sunday, June 7, 2009 at an Albany nursing home. Grace, the daughter of Clay and Erma (Sweat) Owens was born March 9, 1918 in Daviess County. Grace grew up in Denver, Missouri and attended Denver School. On May 29, 1938, Grace was united in marriage to Leo Boulting. They had celebrated 63 years of marriage before his passing on July 26, 2001. They spent most of their life in Gentry County. Grace worked for the cap factory for 10 years, 10 years at Rival Manufacturing and was a homemaker, helping her husband on the farm. She was a member of the Gentryville Baptist Church and a 50 years member of the Esther Chapter #13 of the Order of the Eastern Star of Albany. She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father, Harmon Waltemath, son-in-law, Kenny Dykes, sisters, Lois Boulting, Mildred Cannon, brother, Carl Owens, half-brother, Paul Waltemath, half infant twin sisters and a step-brother, Gordon Waltemath. Survivors: Daughter, Betty Dykes, Albany; Granddaughters, Nancy (Gary) Pulley, Guilford, MO; April Sue (Steve) Runnels, Albany; Great-grandchildren, Chantel, Garrett, Austin and Creed Pulley, Caitlyn and Cierra Runnels; sister-in-law, Jean Waltemath, Liberty, MO and several nieces and nephews.
