John B. Kendrick, 85 of Holt, Missouri passed away, Friday, June 17, 2011 at a Liberty Nursing Home. John, the son of Wilmer and Elizabeth (Pringle) Kendrick was born June 26, 1925 in Gentry County, Missouri. His parents preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Florence Leffel and Jean Huffaker. On May 10, 1945, John was united in marriage to Lillian Leon Ball. They celebrated 66 years of marriage this year. John worked for KCPL Co. in Kansas City, Missouri before his retirement. Survivors: Wife, Lillian Leon Kendrick, Holt, MO; Daughter, Marilyn (Rick) Simmers, Kearney, MO; Sons, Kevin (Sherry) Kendrick, Liberty, MO; John D. (Kathy) Kendrick, Gun Barrel City, TX; James R. (Mary Lou) Kendrick, Holt, MO; 5 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
