John Lockhart, 65 of Stanberry, passed away, Wednesday, January 4, 2012. John, the son of Eugene Cassidy and Agnes (Kern) Lockhart was born April 9, 1946 in Maryville, Missouri. His parents preceded him in death. On December 23, 1985, John was united in marriage to Rebecca Smith. He was the owner and operator of the family owned Big-4 Hardware in Stanberry and St. Joseph. Survivors: Wife, Becky of the home; son, Brice Lockhart, Stanberry; sister, Joan Lockhart, Stanberry; aunts, several cousins and family members.
