Judy Stephens Quigley, 62, of Albany, Missouri, passed away July 20, 2022 at the home of her son, Jay in Albany. Judy was born August 17, 1959 in St. Joseph, Missouri. She was the daughter of Winfred L. and Helen M. (Uthe) Stephens.

Judy worked as a house manager for area group homes.

She was a member of the Missouri Valley Wrench Club and the American Legion Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her parents and step grandson, Chase Stooksbury.

Survivors: son, John (Jay) Franklin Quigley V (Tera); grandchildren, John Franklin Quigley VI, and Randlynn I.B. Quigley; step-grandchildren, Jeff and Trey Stooksbury, all of Albany; brothers, Marvin (Bonnie) Uthe; Bill (Jessica) Stephens, all of Camdenton, MO; sister, Mary (Gary) Olsen, Altamont, MO; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM Monday, July 25 at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany. Burial: Mt. Zion Cemetery, Albany. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at the chapel. Friends may call anytime after 10:00 AM Monday. Online condolences: www.robersonpolleychapel.com
