June M. Smith, 94, of Albany, Missouri, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017 at King City Manor.

June, the daughter of Helmer and Blanche (Mattes) Nelson was born April 27, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois.

She was a retired secretary and a member of the Albany First Presbyterian Church.

June was preceded in death by her parents, husband Wayne Smith in 1992, brother Norman Nelson and daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Smith.

Survivors: son, Dennis Smith, Albany; Norman (Barbara) Smith, Blue Springs, MO; grandchildren, June E. Smith, Kenneth W. Smith, Eric

(Stephany) Smith, Amy (Harry) Kuan; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Logan, Hailey, Kade and Kendrick.
