Larry "Max" Wilson, 76, of Albany, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at his home. He was born February 12, 1938 near Albany to Andrew Kenneth (Brack) and Pearl Irene (Redmon) Wilson. Max was united in marriage to Linda Shafer on April 8, 1961. She survives of the home. He attended the Spessard School and completed his education at the Albany RIII School in 1956. Max was owner of the Wilson Dozing Business in Albany. He had operated a bulldozer for over 50 years, which gave him the opportunity to make many long lasting friends. In his spare time he enjoyed playing cards with his family and spent many hours shooting pool. He was preceded in death by his parents, infant sister Cleata Louise, brother A.K. (Jr.), Lee Roy and Dale, daughter-in-law Lisa. Besides his wife Linda, he is also survived by his daughter, Nancy (Ron) Hinkle; sons, Larry (Cindy) Wilson; Gary Wilson, all of Albany; sister, Ruby Joyce Turner, St. Joseph, MO; brother, Bob (Jeane) Wilson, Albany; 4 granddaughters, 6 grandsons, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service: 2:00 PM Sunday, November 2 at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany with burial in the Grandview Cemetery, Albany.
