Laura Beth (Waldeier) Kimery, 50, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Mother's Day and her mother's birthday on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at Northwest Medical Center, Albany. Laura was born May 2, 1965 to H.D. and Lilly (Young) Waldeier in Albany, Missouri. As a child, Laura loved riding her motorcycle and hanging with friends. Later in life, Laura enjoyed cleaning house, visiting with friends, talking on the phone, mowing the yard and taking care of her mother, husband, son and mother-in-law. She also loved waitressing and working at nursing homes. On April 20, 1993, Laura was united in marriage to Michael Kimery. One day in 1996, Laura discovered she was 8 months pregnant, a month later, on February 26, 1997, Joshua Daniel Kimery was born, during a snow storm, in St. Joseph, Missouri. J.D. and Mike have been the loves of her life ever since. Preceding her in death were her father, H.D. Waldeier, whom she loved dearly and her grandparents. Survivors include: husband Mike and son J.D. of the home; mother, Lilly Waldeier of Orilla's Way, Grant City, MO; mother-in-law, Toni Hall, Albany; many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends. In lieu of services, the body has been cremated. A celebration of life will be held at 5:00 PM Saturday, May 23 at the former Tight Ends in Albany. The last few months, Laura has spent all of her time battling cancer and never gave up hope.
