Leo Delmar McDowell, 91, of Albany, MO passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017.

Born in Grand River, IA on September 25th, 1926, Leo was a veteran of World War II and served his time aboard the USS Midway. He was an avid golfer his entire life and made Albany his home since 1991.

Leo is survived by his wife Claudine Sue; son Peter (Jessi); two step-children Steve (Cathy) and Linda (Eddie).

Leo was preceded in death by his wife and Peter's mother Elaine; parents Oren and Dolly; sisters Lewellen, Lovila, Lila, and Laurel; brothers Lowell and Lewis.
