Lorraine Quigley Richter, 83 of Albany, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at an Albany hospital. Lorraine was born October 11, 1928 in Denver, Missouri. She was the daughter of Ganum Benjamin and John Olga (Summa) Findley. On November 26, 1949, she was united in marriage to John Franklin Quigley Jr. He preceded her in death on February 21, 2004. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Janice Stephens. Lorraine later married Robert Richter. He survives of the home. She is also survived by her son, John Quigley IV of Albany; Daughter, Sandra Marcelene Hartline, Joplin, MO; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Lorraine was a homemaker. She was a member of the Albany First Christian Church, the Christian Women's Fellowship and the Albany American Legion Auxiliary.
