Louise Ballard, 84 of Albany, passed away, Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at a Bethany hospital. Louise, the daughter of late Thomas and Evangeline "Bink" (Cheatham) Barnes was born April 26, 1928 in Albany, Missouri. On September 14, 1946, she was united in marriage to James D. "Shorty" Ballard. He preceded her in death in 1976. Louise was a homemaker. She was a member of the Albany First Presbyterian Church and the Presbyterian Women's Group. Survivors: Sons, Tom (Noel) Ballard, Adkins, TX; Randy (Pam) Ballard, Perry, IA; Daughter, Lisa (Darrell) Teel, Pattonsburg, MO; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
