Luetta Jeanette Hines, 8l of Albany and a former resident of Los Angeles County and Nodaway County, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2010 at a Kansas City, Missouri hospital. Luetta, the daughter of George Elbert and Gertrude Mildred (Lowder) Blair was born June 21, 1929 in Maitland, Missouri. On September 12, 1947, Luetta married William L. Hines Sr. In January of 1963, she married Virgil Argo Jr. He preceded her in death December 18, 1979. She was also preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Dorthy Jahr, Georgia Spring and Peggy Sue Montgomery. Luetta retired as a clerk from the county of Los Angeles. Survivors: Sons, Bill Hines, Quartz Hill, CA; Greg Argo, Clarinda, IA; Michael Argo, Tupelo, MS; Sisters, Julia Wilson, Albany, MO; Thelma Eckles, Auburn, WA; Brother, Ray Blair, Cleveland, AL; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
