Ora Lee (Patton) Jameson, 95 of Albany passed away Thursday, February 18, 2010 at a Stanberry nursing home. Ora Lee was born July 21, 1914 to Pinkerton Hugh Patton and Eleanor "Nell" Gray (George) Patton on the family farm west of McFall, Missouri. She attended Lone Rock School and graduated from McFall High School in 1931. She attended Park College. She lived most of her life on the family farm. On March 16, 1935, she married Clay Woodson Jameson. To this union three children were born: Ruth Pinkerton Poole of Alexandria, VA; Samuel Woodson Jameson and wife, Mary, of McFall, MO; Helen George Jameson, Columbia, MO. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Heather Poole and husband Larry Weatherford, Oklahoma City, OK; James Poole, Alexandria, VA; Steve C. Jameson, McFall, MO; Matt Jameson and wife, Jackie, Cameron, MO; great-grandchildren; Andrew and Christina Weatherford, Porter Samuel, Brant Leon and Ella Rose Jameson and her sister, Eleanor Smith of Albany. Ora Lee's life was her family, friends, home, birds and gardening. She was a member of the Albany First Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Clay in November of 1986 and her sister Helen Koethe Jameson.
