Pat Flowers, 72 of Albany, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 in St. Joseph, Missouri. Pat, the daughter of Homer F. and Olive Hellen (Akers) Taylor was born February 20, 1942 in Marshalltown, Iowa. On March 19, 1966, Pat was united in marriage of Jimmie Lee Flowers. Pat was a retired secretary. She had previously worked for the Albany Ledger. She was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter, Paige Hartsock. Survivors: husband, Jim of the home; son, Lee (Stacey) Flowers, Albany; daughter, Kaylen (Dallas) Greenfield, Port St. Lucie, FL; sister, Sandy (Larry) Hutt, Sterling, CO; grandchildren, Haley Flowers, Brandon Greenfield, Zachery Flowers, Logan Polley, Bella Greenfield, Taylor Gillespie, Jesse Hurkman and Rodney Hurkman. Funeral Service, 1:00 PM Friday, May 9 at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany, with burial in the Grandview Cemetery, Albany.
