Phyllis Norman, 91, of St. Joseph, Missouri and a former resident of Albany, Missouri, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Carriage Square Health Care Center in St. Joseph.

Phyllis was born July 20, 1926 in Albany, Missouri to Huse and Lillie (Redmon) Glasco.

Phyllis was united in marriage to Walter Scott Norman Jr. on March 10, 1946. He preceded her in death December 3, 1996.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Frances Pearman.

Phyllis was a homemaker and a member of the Albany United Methodist Church.

Survivors: sons, Walter Scott Norman III, Jacksonville, FL; Stephen Perry (Gail) Norman, St. Joseph, MO; grandchildren, Bryan (Stacy) Raffield, Greg (Hope) Raffield, Stephen (Michelle) Norman Jr., Walter (Byra) Norman IV, Lee (Veronica) Norman, Jeff (Merideth) Norman, Rusty Leonard; great-grandchildren, Walter Norman V, Graycen Norman, Olivia Nicodemus, Preston, Paiton, Paizlee, Paxton and Porter Norman, Kristi (Mario) Baonga, Jamie Leonard, Ethan, Alex and Rachel Hertz, TJ and Tate Strawder, Emma and Eva Raffield, Ashlee (John) Phelps; great-great-grandchildren, Abraham & Axel Phelps, Elijah Baonga; nieces and nephews.
