Robert Gene Quinn's Obituary
Robert Gene Quinn, 86, of Albany, Missouri, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015 at Northwest Medical Center in Albany.
Bob was born September 25, 1929 in Milligan, Nebraska, the son of Percy and Gladyce (Placek) Quinn. His parents preceded him in death.
On June 7, 1952, Bob was united in marriage to Ruth Allenbrand.
He was also preceded in death by his baby son, Terry Edward Quinn and son-in-law, Lynn Ratliff.
Bob served in the Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. He was also a member of the Albany First Baptist Church and the Trenton Coin Club.
Survivors: wife, Ruth of the home; daughters, Barbara Ratliff, Albany; Vivian (Tim) Murray, New Hampton; grandchildren, Kerri (Brian) Thurston; Kelli (Cameron) Harrison; Zack (Liana) McClellan; Kipp (Cara) McClellan; great-grandchildren, Eli, Emma and Ainsley Thurston; Gianna and Brecklyn Harrison and Korbyn McClellan; sister, Betty Rinehart, Maryville; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial Service: 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 2 at the First Baptist Church, Albany. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorial Contributions-Albany First Baptist Church in care of the Roberson-Polley Chapel, 403 N. Hundley, Albany, MO 64402.
