Rose Marie Sciortino, the daughter of Floyd and Kay (Sparks) Holcomb was born January 8, 1958 in Gallatin, Missouri and passed away January 27, 2020 at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph at the age of 62.

Rose married John J. Sciortino on June 14, 1996. He survives of the home in Albany.

She is also survived by: sons, Floyd (Megan) Altamont, MO; Cotton (Karla) Curtis, Jersey Shore, PA; Jason (Ronda) Curtis, Polo, MO; Charles Allen (Cheyenne) Curtis, Altamont, MO; daughters, Martha Michelle Curtis, Stanberry; Lynette (Keith) Carey, Independence, MO; 18 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brothers, Mark Holcomb, Philippines; Mike Holcomb, Gentryville, MO; sisters, Charity Curtis, Gallatin; Robin Durham, Mexico, MO; Kathy Bratcher, Grand Junction, CO.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents, three grandchildren and one sister.

Before retiring, Rose worked as a caregiver for TLC Groups Homes.

Memorial Service: 2:00 PM Friday, February 7 at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany. The family will receive friends on hour prior to the service on Friday at the chapel. Private family inurnment will be in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Bethany, MO. Memorial Contributions: Gentry County Cancer Fund in care of the Roberson-Polley Chapel, 403 N.
