Rosella Ruth McCampbell, 77, died Tuesday, November 18th, 2014 at Pineview Nursing Home. She was born November 15, 1937 to Charles Samuel and Genevee Lola (Maudlin) Mathews. Rosella married Merlin McCampbell December 7, 1956. He preceded her in death on November 19, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her parents, brothers Dean and D.H. Mathews, and sister Sharon Sipes. Survivors include: daughter Rosalie Vaught, Kansas City, son David (Susie Jo), Albany; grandchildren: Dusty (Tori) McCampbell, Gallatin, PJ (Caleb) Holmes, Maloy, IA, and Emily McCampbell, Kansas City; great grandchildren: Hunter, Mea, and Miley McCampbell, Gallatin, Kyle Sweed Holmes, Maloy, IA; sister-in-law Linda Mathews, Redding, IA; and several nieces and nephews. Per her wishes, there will be no visitation nor service. The body has been cremated.
