Steve Pickering, 43 of Gentry, Missouri passed away July 29, 2013 at his home. Steve, the son of Boyd Pickering and Vivian (Brown) Pickering was born November 24, 1969 in Albany, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandmother, Ethel Pickering. On April 15, 2000, Steve married Debbie Sweat. He was a sheet metal worker for Johnson Control in Albany and was a member of the sheet metal workers local #1. Survivors: wife, Debbie Pickering, Gentry, MO; sons, Slade Pickering, Albany; Troy Hardin, Gentry, MO; daughters, Whitney Pickering, Albany; Valerie Pickering, Gentry; Grandparents, Emery Pickering, Grant City; Marvin and Georgia Brown, New Market, IA; step-mother, Charletta Pickering, Grant City; sisters, Tina Sweat and Tammie Pickering, both of Albany; Ashley Pickering, Grant City; brother, Tony Pickering, Sheridan, WY; step-brothers, Bobby, Dorian and Steven.
