Vena Pearl McMillen, 94 of Albany passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at an Albany hospital. Vena Pearl, the daughter of Joseph and Clyda (Hunter) Parman was born February 13, 1916 in Worth County, Missouri. On December 13, 1941, Vena Pearl was united in marriage to Charles R. McMillen. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, infant sister and brother, brothers, Paul, Laurel and Kermit Parman and a sister, Kathleen Dack. Vena Pearl and her husband, Charles owned and operated the Flamingo Coffee Shop in Albany for several years. Survivors: Sister-in-law, Ester McMillen, Albany, MO; nieces, nephews and great-nieces
