William "Bill" Weese 82 of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at his home. Bill was born on June 20, 1930 in Oklahoma. He was the son of Thomas and Gladys (Ray) Weese. On June 19, 1950, he was united in marriage to Helen Beckett. She preceded him in death on June 25, 1990. He was also preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Katherine Pruett, grandson, Bryan Goldizen, step-great-grandchild, Lukas Wells and his brother, Wendell Weese. On November 14, 1992, he married Dorothy Dale. She survives of the home in St. Joseph. Other survivors include his daughter, Elaine Weese, Agency, MO; brother, Jack (Judy) Weese, LeGrand, IA; sisters, Shirley (Gary) Nichols, Kansas City, MO; Patricia (Bill) Buzzard, Richmond, KS; Linda Miller, Osborn, MO; grandson, Shane (Sara) Pruett; granddaughters, Tereas Goldizen; Kelley Lacy; 6 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; step-son, Bob (Echo) Lovelady, St. Joseph; step-daughters, Debra (Jose) Chavez, Tulsa, OK; Terry Neumann, St. Joseph; 7 step-grandchildren and 5 step great-grandchildren. For several years Bill worked as a truck driver. He was a member of the Albany First Baptist Church. Funeral Service: 1:00 PM Friday, March 8 at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany with burial in the Grandview Cemetery, Albany.
