William (Bill) Rex Fish of Grant City, Missouri and a former resident of Albany was born March 17, 1956 in Charleston, South Carolina to Cloyd William Fish and Frances Ann (Pugh) Hayes and passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Northwest Medical Center in Albany at the age of 60. He was preceded in death by his father.

He was a retired general manager for the Panama Marina in Panama City, Florida. Bill served in the Army National Guard and was a member of the Grant City American Legion.
