Bryan & Linda Polley
Owners
Bryan and Linda Polley are the owners of Roberson-Polley Chapel in Albany, Missouri, where they have proudly served families throughout Northwest Missouri for more than 40 years.
Bryan is a graduate of Ridgeway High School and earned his degree from the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science in Dallas, Texas. He is a licensed funeral director and embalmer.
Linda graduated from South Harrison High School and Platte Business College before becoming a licensed funeral director.
Bryan and Linda were married in 1980 and began their careers in the family funeral business alongside Linda's parents, H.A. and Suzanne Roberson, in Jamesport, MO. The family has been serving the Jamesport community and surrounding areas since 1925.
Throughout their careers, Bryan and Linda have owned and operated funeral homes in Albany, Bethany, Gallatin, Winston, Pattonsburg, Eagleville, New Hampton, Gilman City, Jamesport, and Stanberry. Following the sale of the Jamesport, Gallatin, and Winston funeral homes in 1983, they relocated to Albany and purchased Quinley Chapel. In 1997, upon Linda's parents' retirement, Bryan and Linda became the sole owners of the Albany funeral home. That same year, they purchased R. Miller and Son Funeral Home in Stanberry, which they operated for ten years before selling the facility in 2007.
Since 1983, Bryan and Linda have had the privilege of serving the families of Gentry County and the surrounding communities. They remain actively involved in the community through various organizations and local activities.
Bryan and Linda are the proud parents of two daughters, Arley and Emilie, both graduates of Albany R-III High School. Arley and her husband, Jared, reside in Olathe, Kansas, with their children, Emrie and Conner. Emilie and her husband, Tim, live in Platte City, Missouri, with their daughters, Aspen and Eleanor.
